What support will be offered during the training?

Trainers/Mentors:

During your training, you’ll have dedicated trainers who will give you individualized attention, help you learn and understand the best practices, share specific feedback, answer queries, and guide you as required. 

Daily check-ins:

The team will connect with you on regular calls to discuss your progress, answer your queries, share information, and assist you with any issues or blockers. This will ensure you’re on track and getting the support you need.

GitHub Discussion Forums:

We primarily use GitHub Discussions for all technical questions, discussions, blockers, and queries. You have access to company-wide experts, resources, and trainers. 

Additional content

In addition to our LMS content, we’ve curated resources, including engaging live sessions with trainers, and insightful concept sessions. These materials will complement your learning and provide you with a well-rounded understanding of concepts.

Continuous Feedback Process

We believe that feedback is essential for growth and development. We encourage an open and supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing and receiving feedback. This feedback will come from the training team i.e., your trainers and the Learning & Development team.

Performance Management

To ensure your ongoing growth and development, we offer a comprehensive performance management system. This includes providing regular feedback, reviewing your assignments to check if it meets standards and guidelines, and identifying areas of improvement. Our goal is to help you achieve your best.

For you:

• To support your WordPress training, we’ll have regular one-on-one calls to discuss progress, give feedback, and answer questions. You’ll also receive detailed written feedback through our ERP system.

• Your Input Matters: We welcome your feedback on the training, including courses, content, trainers, and activities. Let us know if you face any issues or have suggestions for improvement.

Your performance is important to us. If you’re struggling, we’ll provide you with support and guidance. However, consistent underperformance may lead to difficult conversations and even parting ways.
