Absolutely! If you finish the course along with the assignment earlier, we will expedite your evaluations. Once evaluations are cleared, we will progress your training to the next course.
If you don’t meet the assignment criteria, you will receive feedback to help identify areas for improvement. However, repeated non-compliance with the criteria may impact your overall evaluation. If you face challenges, we encourage you to seek guidance from your trainer to address any concerns and align with expectations.
It’s important to ensure that time entries are updated daily. 💡 We strongly recommend adding time entries daily to avoid loss of pay during payroll cycle.

You do not need to inform anyone or seek permission to take a break during the day. For longer breaks, especially those that might affect your tasks or participation in sessions, it’s important to notify the Learning & Development team or your manager.
Timely communication about deadlines is vital. If you foresee delays, inform your trainer/s and the L&D team in advance. Repeatedly missing deadlines without notice may impact your progress and require corrective actions. Stay proactive and aligned.
For support during training, contact your trainer, the L&D team, or refer to available resources like documentation, tutorials, and Handbooks. For further assistance, raise a Helpdesk ticket. Open communication is essential!
rtCamp offers expert mentorship, rich learning resources, and hands-on assignments to support your training. For balance and growth, we host Fun Fridays and soft skill sessions like Toastmasters to enhance communication and management skills.
You can only avail medical or emergency leaves during the training period.
Training hours are set from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Flexibility in working hours is available upon completion of the training.
Yes, you can submit your rtCamp assignments as project work for college, but there are certain guidelines and limitations to follow. The project submission must comply with both your college’s academic and rtCamp’s guidelines. Additionally, ensure that no proprietary or confidential information is disclosed or made public.
We do not traditionally offer Internship letters since you will be in full-term employment with rtCamp. However, you can request the letter from our HR department, and allow sufficient time for processing.
