Non-compliance to Training Policies/Code of Conduct:

Compliance with rtCamp’s Training Policies and Code of Conduct is essential to maintaining an effective and healthy training environment.  Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in corrective actions, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation. The following outlines the consequences of non-compliance – 

Consequences of Non-Compliance:

1. Verbal Warning

For the first instance of non-compliance, the concerned team will issue a verbal warning which will be communicated to the developer along with the details of the instance and the expectations of corrective action over a call. 

2. Written Warning

For the second consecutive instance of non-compliance, the concerned team will issue a written warning which will be communicated to the developer along with the details of the instance and the expectations of corrective action over an email. 

3. Re-evaluation & Performance Improvement Plan

For the third consecutive instance of non-compliance, the concerned team will initiate a Performance Improvement Plan for a stipulated period. This will be initiated when the developer is struggling to meet job role expectations or goals, even after repeated communication of oversights.
