No Intrusive Interstitials

Any modal or popup that blocks the user’s ability to view the page content—especially when it appears automatically without user interaction—is considered an intrusive interstitial. For example, if your site displays a popup a few seconds after loading and it covers the entire screen on mobile devices, it obstructs the content or dims it with an overlay, making it intrusive.

We can use cookie consent popups or notices like that, but they should be responsive on mobile and should not block the entire content of the page.
